"Spent two separate nights while riding a motorcycle through the nearby Tail of the Dragon (US Highway 129). The staff of this family-owned and operated hotel was fantastic, helping out with my motorcycle and trailer parking situation. "We enjoyed our stay very much. The grounds are so peaceful and beautiful. The only problem we had was no access to ice (nor an ice bucket in our room). We had to go to front desk to ask for it and take it back to room. Other than that small inconvenience, it was a lovely stay."
