"We had an excellent four night stay at Cantera Diez Hotel Boutique and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely professional and welcoming. They even allowed us to check in early after a red eye flight, which made a huge difference since we had not slept. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and housekeeping and room service were consistently excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to Tina at the bar. She was truly friendly, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. Pedro, our server at the restaurant, was also very kind and attentive. Both Tina and Pedro went out of their way to help us navigate the city during special events, which we really appreciated. Armando, the security guard, was also wonderful and made us feel safe and taken care of. Overall, this hotel delivered a clean, relaxing, and well run experience with service that genuinely stands out. We hope to come back and stay again soon. Highly Recommend!! "The room was not like the pictures. The hotel advertises renovated rooms, but I was given an old room with stained carpets that were loose and moved when you walked on them, along with very outdated furniture. During my stay, around 2:00 AM the mini-split A/C started making a strange noise and suddenly began throwing ice onto the bed and carpet. I notified the hotel, but no one came to fix it and I was not offered another room. At checkout, the staff had no idea about the issue, which made me feel like management does not communicate or care about guests’ concerns."
