Getting here was a bit tricky, as the map we were given in the welcome email was of bad quality, so it didn't take us to the correct place right away, but we figured it out, very minor. Our stay here was wonderful. The property is centrally located, walkable to everything and a quick ride to the airport was arranged by our hosts. Our room was clean, comfortable and breakfast was delicious! Thank you Andrew and Andy, we hope to return .

Beautiful property with large rooms, parlors, great staff, great restaurant, etc. We arrived late and the kitchen was closed, but they made one call and re-opened it for us and served an amazing meal with late night enthusiasm on a beautiful deck. The rooms were large, nice baths and very comfortable beds. Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. Very clean and large rooms. Nice simple breakfast brought to room! Nice staff and easy check in. Ceilings walls are thin so easy to hear rooms above.

The accomodations were awesome! I would highly recommend this hotel. She does not take credit cards and it is difficult to find. However, she will send you an e-mail prior to arrival with all these details as well as how to find the hotel. You can park out front while checking in and then you drive about 100 meters to a free parking lot .... very convenient. The City is wodnerful are easily walkable!

Great location, easy to find and very nice room. Also wonderful coffee, cappuccino etc machine and small kitchen to share. We were able to stay an extra day since we loved Lucca so much. Thank you Residenza Storico!

I liked the convenience of the hotel in that it is about a 10-minute walk to the Montecatini Terme station and just a few minutes to the central part of town where there are many shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable but I will say that it had the smallest shower I have ever seen in a hotel. Breakfast was nice and the front desk staff were very friendly.

The guys at the front desk are absolutely out of the ordinary. The apartment is a high-class, modern piece of beauty. I'll just mention: LED lighting all around, two 50" TV's (one of the 3D), playstation, high quality linen, very modern bathroom (with ambience music if you want), excellent amenities all in pristine shape. If you're looking for a high end quality stay, this is a great option. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.
