The second room offers 4 sleeping facilities and is served by a bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, also equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The third double bedroom includes 1 bed measuring 140 cm and a bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC. All 3 bedrooms have independent access exclusively from the patio of the house, with no internal connecting door between the floors.
