"The place was better than we were expecting, with nice amenities and well located within the city. "Location of the property is very good as it is close to subway and there are a good amount of good restaurants around. Unfortunately the good ends there. This hotel has adopted a person-less check-in and if something goes wrong with your check in then a bot will help. Difficult to get a real person answering your message. Room was quite dirty on check-in. Floor was dusty. Stains on bedsheets . There were things left behind by the previous guests. We even found a pair of earrings left. The decor of the room We asked that the room be cleaned a few days later but they said it was not possible as the hotel was full. You will need to go to a place to get stuff that you would need. Think toilet paper, towels etc. it just so happened that they ran out of supplies and wasn’t replaced until the next morning. Felt like the hotel was a youth hostel but the price didn’t fit that. This was my first time staying at a Numa hotel and it will likely be the last."

Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app."

"A really great hotel, perfectly located for exploring cool areas like Boxhaganer and easily accessible from the airport on the trains. The staff were very helpful at offering recommendations and the breakfast is excellent. Perfect for filling up before a days exploring. Would recommend and stay again."

"This hotel is OK if you are staying for 1 or 2 nights and are happy to live out of your suitcase. However there are a number of issues if you are staying for a longer period. 1. Storage space - There are no drawers in the rooms, to put things like underwear or small clothing items. In the double room there was only one bedside cabinet which meant all my bedside items (book, phone etc) had to go on the floor 2. Bathroom - There wasn't one. The handbasin was in the passage between the door of the room and the bedroom section. There was a shower compartment which opened onto the bedroom with a curtain to hide you when you were showering. My wife loves me very much but did not particularly want to see me washing my "bits". 3. If you are female there is nowhere to put make up or any other things that a lady needs to make herself presentable on leaving the room. 4. Breakfast was nice but because the hotel appears to cater especially for tour groups it is difficult to get a table at times. 5. Hotel bar - There is no bar service,you have to wait for a waiter to take your order and bring it. On one occasion this resulted in a 15 minute wait before ordering and then a 30 minute wait for the drinks to arrive. 6. Room cleaning - They have an unnecessary technological system where you press a button the wall to request room cleaning the next day. We did this - the room was not cleaned. I am not sure how this is more efficient than hanging a note on your door requesting the room be cleaned"

"Room is clean and location is perfect. Even though the WiFi network is hard to connect at the beginning, It took me few hours and finally connected, but once connected, WiFi is kind of stable. Only problem is that power plug is too less, even one power plug under TV doesn’t have power at all."
