Awesome grounds but beds need upgrading

The location of this hotel is great, as well as the grounds! Rooms are large and well appointed except for the beds...the mattress need to be upgraded. They are hard and feel old tech...providing low quality rest. Although we had superb service in our room, other rooms in our group did not...of course we where there during the week after x-mas and the hotel was packed...this caused customer service to suffer specially at restaurant and bar. Overall we would return and recommend this hotel when you visit Palenque!

Vista agradable. No me gusto el hecho de que comentan que el desayuno es incluido y al estar ahí dicen que solo es americano, no son claros en lo que incluye el hospedaje, éramos 4 y solo nos dieron 2 toallas y tardaron un día en darnos las 2 extras

Viejo, feo y descuidado.

El hotel esta igual que cuando lo visitamos hace 20 años. Las puertas no cierran tienen tantas capas de pintura que ya no enbonan, porque la chapa esta rota. Espacio super reducido. La regadera tiene cortina de plastico. Alberca mínima. El andador del hotel para acceso al auto, es un camino de hoyos. Los jardines bonitos y bien cortado. En general feo y viejo. Les urge una remodelación. Yo no vuelvo.

El lugar super bonito, ya lo conocía, me encanta todo, el personal super amable, pero en el restaurante el nuevo dueño del hotel porque ya no es del grupo misión tratando horrible a los empleados gritándoles groserías, muy desagradable no volveremos, para nada les recomiendo si está el, nos queríamos quedar otro días pero después de eso mejor nos fuimos, una lastima q se abuse de la necesidad de trabajo de las personas q aparte son super amables

El servicio de ama de llaves, restaurante y bell boy es fantástico. Me gustaría poder decir lo mismo del servicio en recepción, dónde en un momento había cinco personas y sólo una estaba atendiendo a los huéspedes. En general, una excelente estancia.

Excelente hotel.

Excelente hotel mision palenque, nos encanto, desde que llegas, hasta que te vas. La comida de bufett muy rica, vale la pena pasar unas vacaciones en el hotel. El personal excelente. Muy bien regresaremos pronto.

Todo muy bien, instalaciones bien. Comida bien. Habitación bien. Cómoda. Solo que, no habia control de tv. Lo pedi y pues nada. Pedí una toalla mas, y lo mismo, nada. Pero en general bien.

En general bien, instalaciones lindas adecuadas me gusto. Fallo la señal de televisión y no hubo. El servicio de limpieza no estuvo bien pues no colocaron cortina de baño y cuando se solicitó no fue buena la respuesta. Fue un cuarto para 4 y solo había día toallas. Las instalaciones de cuarto pues son viejas, llaves dañadas regaderas vieja, tal vez no es el asunto de Misión, pero si no fuera por el jardín y áreas comunes no hubiera pensado q fuera un hotel Mision.

Exageradamente caro para el pésimo servicio.

Lo terrible fue que necesitaba bañarme a las 06:00 (mi estancia claramente fue por trabajo) y no salía agua caliente. La persona que estaba en recepción en ese momento, no podía resolver nada en absoluto y me sorprendió que me colgó tres veces para rematar y preguntarme ¿cuánta agua necesita para bañarse? y después reirse. Al final dejé correr el agua como 5 mins -mientras me animaba a meterme con agua fría- y por fin salió el agua caliente. Pero el momento desagradable lo tuve, gracias!! Me hospedé el martes y es momento (hoy es lunes) que no recibo la factura. Pésimo servicio al cliente.
