"This property is a great value. The pool is great. The location is great. We were there when it was very, very hot, so I can understand why the staff were a little disinterested in working. The rooms are really nice with the balcony. Unfortunately because the property is not as well cared for as it may have once been, there are several openings where the cockroaches sneak in. That was I’m only complaint. "

"Would NOT recommend at all. The room I was staying in had some kind of wasp infestation in the shower - when I told the front desk they did not seem surprised at all and just offered some bug spray, but then of course there were dead wasps throughout the entire bathroom... After I checked I noticed the floor was not very clean either, I saw the maid in the hallway and asked her to mop again, but even after she "mopped" again it was not any cleaner. There are surely much better places to stay...
