"We spent 4 nights in a lovely beach view room. Our room was away from the pool area however had an amazing balcony with beach and sunset views. The staff were caring and helpful. We had our own sun beds on the balcony and also free beds on the beach. Breakfast was lovely served by the pool. Wish we could have stayed longer!!"

"Staff, cleanliness and general maintenance of the site was first class. We didn't feel the on-site restaurant was good value for money. There is a very vocal cockerel nearby, which provides a "free of charge" alarm call every morning, whether you want it or not! Overall, would recommend Rodostamo, with the outstanding feature being the staff, who without exception, provided us with a lovely holiday"

"Good friendly family run hotel in quiet location. Close to beach where there are several tavernas and bars. There is a very good bus service close by from where caught buses to popular tourist destinations. Great bar food and lovely pool area. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. "

"Alles was perfect. De omgeving is zeer rustgevend. 5 minuutjes met de auto van het strand vandaan. Personeel is erg lief en vriendelijk vooral Maria. Maria is een schat en heeft alles voor ons gedaan en tips gegevens voor leuke bezienswaardigheden. Ontbijt was inbegrepen, erg lekker en uitgebreid. Studio was erg ruim. Dit appartement hotel is 4-5 sterren waardig! "

"No hot water in the bathroom. The hot food at breakfast was cold and there was very little (3 rashers of cold bacon) for later comers. The coffee from a machine was undrinkable. The orange juice was poor. "

"We stayed for 10 nights at Anemona studios & would definitely recommend it. The garden & views are lovely, the family who run the studios & supermarket are very friendly & helpful, & the studios are in a quiet area of Paleo, just as you arrive in the town. We really enjoyed the pool at the neighbouring property & it was very handy to have the supermarket attached to the studios. There are many returning guests - & we now hope to join that group! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Paleokastritsa."

Holiday Home 'Captain Spiros House' with Mountain View & Wi-Fi

"We were so lucky to find this lovely house in the village of Lakones. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views from the balcony across Paleokastritsa and out to sea are breathtaking. We had one small problem in the kitchen which the host fixed immediately. Wimmediatly. "

"A lovely traditional hotel in an excellent location just across the road from the beach. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the restaurant also has a snack bar serving great food to eat in or take away. There are steps to go up to the rooms so unfortunately not accessible to all but this gives you the benefit of a beautiful sea view in most rooms. Locally the beach is stunning and there are shops and supermarkets nearby. The green bus station is about 1 minute walk from the hotel where you can get a bus to Corfu town, port or bus terminal for only €2.50. You can also get an onward bus to the airport from the terminal or it’s a 20 min walk. Would love to come back to this hotel it was perfect for me as a solo travellers July August time the area will be a lot busier. "

Last resort hotel..

"The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Location was close enough to everything but you definitely need a vehicle of your own. Didn't confirm the airport transfer then sent a message after I checked in complaining there taxi was waiting for me. Next to a main road so quite noisey. No fixture for the shower head so constantly juggling it or spraying everywhere. Wasps around pool. Dirty towels left from previous guests in room. Bed has 2 twins with a wooden frame that separates them by 15cm. "
