The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

Fantastic location for restaurants and tourism! This place has a lot of space and was very clean. If we travel to Palermo this is where we want to stay.

Beautiful, clean and private place with parking in secure location right across from the beach.

Spacious apartments. A little far from the center of town. In a residential area

We experienced amazing weather and spectacular multi-pitch rock climbing. A treat is the ability to swim in the sea at the end of the day. The beaches are so beautiful - white sandy beaches with crystal clear water.

We arrived in Palermo on the overnight ferry from Napoli and took a cab directly to the hotel. Because it was only 7:00am, we couldn't check into our room, but the desk manager offered to check our luggage so we could go out without worrying about it. Great location and good size room. I arrived after hours, but rang the bell and had no issues getting in or picking up my key

Nice hotel, easy walk from train and bus stations and walkable to just about everything. Rooftop, where nice breakfast is served and also the location of a restaurant, has a great view of the city and surrounding mountains. Staff is very helpful. Usually I add something on things you'd might want to be aware of beforehand, but in this case there aren't any such things.

Palermo is a gritty , bustling, in your face city, and the Palmes is a wonderful oasis. It has not kept up with the times, but still feels grand. Over look the worn carpet and you'll be transported back to more civil times.

Nice and clean renovated room Great breakfast ( at a different property 5minutes away ) Check out is at 10am. Only downside: the noise from your neighbors at 7am… Overall great place for one night, price is perfect

This hotel is situated on the point of Mondello. The coastline is absolutely magnificent. The grounds, pool and rooms are well maintained and the staff is welcoming, friendly and very helpful
