Place is beautfiul an right next to restaurants and maqueda street. Its beautiful and clean. Host is responsive and considerate with our late arrival. Down the street next to souvenir shops as well. Close to all tourist locations that are walkable.

The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They provide resources on how to to get to the hotel from the airport and respond quickly on WhatsApp. The room has great AC and is located in the heart of all the action with shops and restaurants as soon as you step outside.

Lovely suite in an excellent location in the heart of the old town. All communication with the staff was great and the room very well maintained. The WiFi was occasionally a bit patchy and the AC cut off from time to time, but nothing that spoilt the trip. Would highly recommend 😊

Hallway was really bad smell 🙁. Elevator is not working every day 
 We can not open windows b/c about close to neighbors. I think I requested street view 
 but was street view but wrong side . very dirty in front of the door ..Never comeback to that place .Thank you !!!

Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and strongly recommend. At the time of writing this review the ground floor was undergoing renovations, no sound can be heard but there are some smells that can be detected when walking down.

Bien placĂ©, belle chambre L’hote nous ça fait patienter une heure devant la porte pour donner les codes en direct, mais il n’est jamais venu
 nous avons du le rappeler pour les avoir ! Par contre la dame de mĂ©nage Ă©tait adorable et trĂšs serviable.
