"Right in middle of everything in Palermo"

"Location is great for sightseeing & plenty of lovely places to eat! Near to the train & bus station. Room was clean & bed very comfy but no tea/coffee making facilities in room. You need to go down to the next floor to make a drink in the dining area. Breakfast is minimal & seating cramped into a tiny area but food is fresh, healthy & what do you expect for €10? Not suitable if you don't do stairs or bring a heavy suitcase! However, what really makes this place are the staff. Really helpful & friendly & Jade especially helped us book tickets to get to Siracusa. Would definitely book with them again, just pack a travel kettle!"

"Lovely hotel perfectly located to walk everywhere. If you are in a single room there is a flight of stairs to 4th floor after the elevator takes you to 3rd floor. Wonderful breakfast. Very helpful staff. Would stay here again!"

"Location was excellent - close to major sites, restaurants, shops, and about a 10 minute walk to train station. The property manager, Alyn, was very responsive, kind, and helpful. No front desk but communication via WhatsApp went well. Breakfast staff was nice too. Breakfast was very good - enough options to start the day with the option to have breakfast in your room or in communal area. You choose breakfast options the night before and leave the information outside the door. Note about the standard double room: bathroom privacy is not optimal. Bathroom door is a sliding door. Shower can be seen from the rest of the room as shower is separated by smoke color glass. One can slide bathroom door over to cover shower window, but that leaves rest of bathroom partly exposed. Possible consideration if you are sharing room with someone you do not know too well or are not very close to. There are no lifts, and there are quite a few stairs. Going up and down and even taking a moderately heavy carry on can exert a lot of energy, especially if there are mobility issues. Also, only had one room key card so had to coordinate entry into room if we split up for a while. All in all, great stay and would likely stay here again (probably in a different room) as long as we do not have mobility issues. "
