"If you are handicapped call the morning of your stay to make sure you get a room. I have reserved a handicapped room twice now and both times was told I didnt. Pulled up the reservation to show them I did. Was informed im sorry those rooms are already taken. I have a hard time with stairs and they had no one available to help me get my stuff up to my room. Other then this everything was fine."
