"The property was really convenient as it was walking distance to the colosseum. There was a supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby. The property was comfortable and good facilities. There was 2 good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The sofa bed was comfortable as well. The only problem was there was paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom but it was clean apart from that. "

"First off…..I cannot say enough good things about the entire stay. Gino met us at the door and thoroughly showed us the apartment and how to use everything. He sat down with a map and gave us detailed instructions on where to go. He also gave us numerous restaurants that are close to the apartment. They are very good, but highly recommend getting reservations if you want to go to those he mentions. The apartment was much larger than anticipated. There are two full bedrooms and three bathrooms....

"If we are ever lucky enough to go back to Rome we hope to stay here. Our host Pietro was so fantastic, he met us at the apartment and gave us a good instructions and local information. I think this is the best location. It was very easy walking to all the sites yet it was a quiet, a small haven away from the hustle and bustle. Excellent eating within a couple minutes. There is a small coffee and pastry shop directly across the street from Armando al Pantheon - just fabulous, we went there...

"Everything was amazing about this location and property manager. The apartment was fun and had intelligent lighting. Only caution is the steep stairs and getting larger bags up them. Also there is an office on the other side of the wall, so there is some talking during the day. An extra plus is the café downstairs -- yummy gelato, too! Perfect for those that love classical music, too, because there are live musicians playing in the afternoon. We loved all of the perks this location provided....

"Very comfortable flat for our family of four during our two week stay. Everyone totally enjoyed the flat and the ability to wall to all the sites, good restaurants and cafes, grocery stores and pharmacies. Logistical heads up- Since we were a long stay we had to empty our own garbage a few times to recycle site 7 minutes away; pay for clean sheets and towels after one week; pay a hefty cash only Rome city tax on arrival.
