"Check in was fast. Phone number written outside the entrance door, made it convenient! A bit run down building curtains in the room were held with rusty pins so difficult to close and open. So was the sun blinds. Comfort level was good and spacious. Preferred to have boiling kettle and clothes hanging racks to be available. We did not use the washing facility, still had wet beach towels and bathing clothes to hang. "

"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "We only stayed for the one night arriving late in the day or leaving early for our flight so didn’t get a chance to make the best of the property. Parking was easy (gated complex) and check in smooth. Building and rooms were all very clean. Bedroom and bathrooms well kitted out. Great selection at breakfast with al a carte options. Pool area looked lovely. The hotel is a little rural so not sure about restaurant choice nearby. Beach was a short walk. Overall, would say the hotel definitely felt 5* and would have enjoyed making better use of the complex if returning to the area."

"Property was clean, friendly staff. We were English speaking travelers. They had good English. Didn’t have a lot of amenities around hotel, the outside surrounding area was a little rundown, but hotel itself was decent. Had to walk a little off property to a convenience store, but not too far I recommend a hotel for a short day."

"Medium size hotel with a pool 15 minutes from Zadar Old Town. The rooms were nice and clean, the housekeeping did a great job. No tea or coffee in the room. The pool area was pleasant, plenty of sunbeds but could do with an update. The hotel seems to cater for coach tours, large turnover of guests every night but quite empty during the day, which is nice. There is only one restaurant, which provides breakfast and both buffet and à la a carte dining in the evening. Breakfast was plentiful and a pleasant experience. The evening meal was less so as the restaurant was very busy with the large groups from the coaches. Some of the staff was polite and pleasant (receptionist, barman in the lobby bar, waitresses in the restaurant) but bar staff in the pool bar were generally indifferent and borderline rude at times. We had a sea view room but unfortunately the view was limited by the decorative grill, it would be a great improvement if that could be removed because there would be lovely views. Overall good accommodation but with some care and improvement it could be a lot better."

"Hermoso hotel en el casco antiguo de zadar, excelente ubicacion, comodo y limpio. Nosotros elegimos habitacion con baño privado, todo de maravillas, cama y almohadas super comodas ! desayuno a la carta incluido tipo brunch . Nos guardaron las valijas en el check out, y nos consiguieron taxi al aeropuerto, sin duda Volveria!!!"
