White Elephant is an absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel. You can tell they haven’t cut corners on a thing. The staff were so kind and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The morning bites and afternoon wine and cheese were such nice touches. We never had trouble borrowing one of the BMWs, and the hotel also offered us rides anywhere within two miles. We spent a day at the Cove which is one of their partnerships. Truly beautiful and a great way to spend the day. The women at the front desk were especially sweet, you could tell they love what they do. They even sent chocolate covered strawberries to our room for my birthday! We loved our stay and are definitely coming back.

So we arrived looking forward to having a long leisurely lunch outside only to find the area outside had been totally dug out and was under construction. This should have been mentioned when we booked but our issue was it wasn’t. We were only there for 1 night and the restaurant was very nice and the hotel small but stylish. Also this hotel was located close the The Polo room restaurant which is very popular in Palm Beach. The pool area was much smaller than expected but it is hard to give a honest review without seeing the hotel completed

The rooms and the property amenities were well maintained and nicely decorated. It is a small boutique hotel with great staff and service. Everything was great since before our arrival. Karen, the concierge was very attentive and knowledgeable of the area, suggested great restaurants. They have an alliance with BMW, so you can get complementary BMW vehicles to move around or they will drive you in a 2 mile radius in a brand new BMW X7. Joseph was also very helpful and friendly, he drove us a couple of times and he was also keeping everyone in the pool area hydrated with frozen grapes, fruit popsicles, and infused iced water. All the staff was great and very friendly, we loved it. They made the gateway with my wife a very happy and enjoyable time. I will definitely be coming back.
