"First room, battery dead on door lock. Can't get in. Okay, happens. Second room. Stains on the box spring cover lead us to pull back the covers. Body form where someone had slept, just pull the covers over and made bed. Third room, bed clean, will stay. Then the reality hit. Fridge cracked and moldy. Can't keep food in there. Tell the desk, they say we'll replace in 20 minutes. We go out to an event, back in 3 hours. No change. Then notice no towels. Just a used washcloth hanging on the shower head. Get towels. Bride needs to take off makeup. Light fixture over the sink has been removed and a plate put over the hole. Curtains torn most of the way off. That night, AC comes on. Broken fan sounds like someone flipped a hard plastic kiddy pool and it's in a heavy rain. Go for coffee in the morning in the lobby. Lobby is locked. Still wasn't open at 8. Then during the morning, wife and I realize we've been torn up by bedbugs. Talked to other guests. Same situation. How did this place get 5 stars?"

"Do NOT book here. The strong smell of mold when you walk in is overwhelming. I immediately had my children return to the car. I cannot believe this hotel is allowed to operate. I honestly wouldnt give a homeless person a room here. The larger hispanic lady at the front Desk was annoyed to have to speak to me, no refunds if you dont stay. Its a scam. It was an awful experience"

"This hotel is going thru construction but the room was very dirty and the bathroom was horrible hair everywhere. Mirror nasty and the tub was horrible. The hotel seem very old . I wouldn’t walk around bare foot on any of their floors . For the price it should be cleaner but u are playing for the beach and indoor pool . Everything else is horrible"

"So bad the smell on the room, the smell was awful 😖 too much humidity in the room, we asked for a change of the room several times but always it was an excuse to not do it, we paid for a room and we were treated like if the room was given to us free, like there were not option"

"No shampoo. No conditioner. Bath towels were tiny. Only 3 channels on TV. No coffee. No mini fridge. No facial tissue. No hair dryer. The lock was low in battery so it had to be programmed.the only good things were: form bed. Good solid pillows. Smelled clean. The handyman was very helpful."
