"There was mold all over the room, laundry facilities were not functioning, and the facilities were in desperate need for updating. There were hardly any kitchen utensils to use as well. Our initial room was not what we booked and it was changed only after several entreaties. Overall, a very bad experience "

"The room was beautiful and cleaned every day. The staff was so very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our time there and would absolutely stay again!"

"If youre a coffee person, bring your Keurig, coffee only available in the lobby. There is no light in the shower and is very dark when the curtain is drawn. "

"Room was clean enough, but some built-up grime was visible on the textured bathroom tile. The renovations that have been completed were nice (room flooring and furniture), but there is still work to be done. Old dirty hall carpets were actively being replaced during our stay. No regular coffee on our first morning, but that was remedied for the remaining mornings. Bed was comfortable, but the jiggly-jello part made it hard to sleep if your partner moved. Ask for extra pillows. Beach and pier were clean and relaxing. Pool was clean as well. Overall, I'd stay here again - especially if the renovation improvements continue."

"Staycation with my husband. The staff was SO great. Check in was so friendly. I walked into the gift shop on FaceTime with my 3 year old and the woman at the counter asked him what animal he liked and gave him a free stuffed snake! So so so delightful. Great stay. We’ll be back!"
