Welcome to Casa Canal, your luxurious waterfront retreat featuring a newly renovated in-ground pool and spa. This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental combines comfort and elegance with an array of recreational amenities, making it the perfect getaway spot for families and pet owners alike. With breathtaking water views and modern amenities, Casa Canal offers the ideal setting for relaxation and enjoyment.

As you enter, you will be captivated by the beautifully designed interior that showcases both modern elegance and coastal charm. The spacious formal living room invites you to relax on the comfortable couch while watching your favorite shows on the large internet TV. Gather for meals in the ample dining room, which comfortably seats up to 10 people—a perfect setting for family dinners or entertaining friends. The open kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, is a chef's dream, providing a bar seating area for casual dining and conversation while the chef prepares meals.

Master Suite and Guest Rooms:
The master suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a king-size bed, a cozy seating area that also serves as a work-from-home station, and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The additional three guest bedrooms are equally inviting, featuring a queen-size bed and two guest rooms with a large bunk bed (full-size bed below and twin size above) and another room that has its own bathroom, also serving as a pool bath.

Guest Access:
Directions to POOL HEAT SPA UPGRADE (must be reserved)
Open Hayward control box Touch screen once to illuminate.
Push SPA PROGRAM button once.
It takes 5 minutes for the system to change into Spa Mode.
Spa will run for 3 hours and return to POOL mode automatically. If you want to turn the spa off before 3 hours have passed, push SPA PROGRAM once and the system will immediately return to POOL mode.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
