Welcome to UNIT 213!! Your perfect relaxing getaway! Furnished with chic decor and stylish furnishings you will surely find your zen! Enjoy sipping complimentary coffee from the private balcony overlooking the courtyard or just stop down and visit the quaint shops and restaurants. There is something for everyone...just a short drive to the beach, golf courses, walking trails, fishing, and water activities.

Gorgeous 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo with:
-Master bedroom with King size memory foam bed.
-Master bathroom that has a rainfall shower and large soaking tub and duel vanities.
-Flat screen televisions in bedroom and living room.
-Wifi and cable.
-Half-bath located in the common area.
-Foldout futon that can also be used for additional sleeping space.
-French doors in both bedroom and living room that open to a private balcony.
-Full kitchen with flat-top range, full size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and dishwasher.
-washer/dryer.
-One designated parking space in the garage. There is also additional free parking in the general lot.

Perfect for couples, families, or anyone who wants a relaxing Florida experience.

We provide:

Checking In: When you arrive you will drive into the underground parking and park in the designated spot for the unit. Upon arrival into the parking garage there will be a lock-box that will have the key-fob to get you into the elevator to get to the unit. Once you get to there, enter your code provided. Please note that there will be a $50 fee for any lost key-fob.

This place was the best I have stayed in the European Village! Only thing I would add is a full length mirror! Everything else you could want is there and the unit is clean and has a great layout. This will be my go to spot

We thoroughly enjoyed on stay at the European Village. The check-in and check-out were very easy. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of amenities. It was a great location with many restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Great location. Apartment nicely furnished and fitted.

Picked up brisket and cole slaw from a barbeque joint near by. Great eating it on my deck over looking the courtyard below.

Very nice condo ! I did not realize tgat the property no longer had a pool, but that was my error.

Love the Sunday farmer's market and music. The people working in the restaurants & shops were very friendly. We ate at Mezzaluna and the Deli & Pub. Both were delicious

Loved staying here!

This was my first experience at Palm Coast and I will be back! This property was very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The balcony was one of our favorite parts to sit and relax while listening to the live band outside. Our only suggestion would be changing the bedroom curtains as sunlight shined through early in the morning. Overall amazing stay and great host!

Grandson's wedding.

Loved staying there. We stayed for 2 weeks. The place was just as described, very comfortable , clean. I hope to stay there Everytime we go to Palm Coast. The host was very easy to contact and immediately helped with any problem we had. Thank you, Jesse. I just wish someone would open a cafe in European Village that was open for breakfast. Quiet Getaway

My husband and I loved every minute we spent at the European Village. The host made the check-in/check-out process super easy. Even made sure we were enjoying our stay without any issues. Staying here is great because its soo close to the beaches and just a short drive to any surrounding cities, such as St. Augustine or Daytona. Heading downstairs or sitting on our sitting on the balcony to listen to the evening music is such a treat. Will definitely be back!
