Available on any open nights based on calendar availability, minimum 28 night stay. (Please contact me for another property I have in the Palm Springs area for SHORT TERM RENTAL/3 night minimum) Close to the beautiful El Paseo for all our guests who enjoy the luxurious lifestyle and lively nightlife. Starbucks walking distance from the property along with countless supermarkets and restaurants just minutes away driving distance. The house offers a private new backyard with newly remodeled salt water pool and spa. The house offers beautiful marble design tiles all over the house, with beautiful marble design quartz countertops and back splash in the kitchen with a huge waterfall island. The living room includes a giant sized L-shaped comfortable couch that opens up into a queen sized bed! The dining room offers a large beautiful modern dining table that can sit up to 8 guests! The house offers free WIFI services and full utilities. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pot, pans, spices, cups, mugs, silverware, coffee machine and even a wine cooler with stocked wine!! The coffee machines offered include: Mr. Coffee Coffee machine and Keurig, please bring your own coffee and pods. The garage has been converted to the ultimate game room, fully air conditioned with a pool table, foosball table, chess table, TV and Xbox One with two controllers. Applicants are required to complete a rental application before booking confirmation.

Beautiful Property

We came for a short stay with extended family at this house and its a well maintained and beautiful home. It has the convenience of local shops and restaurants. The house itself is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The added advantage of large backyard with pool, spa, bbq and seating makes the place a relaxing vacation. The only thing that would be great to change would be if we could control the temperature for the pool and spa(the only controls in the house are to turn the lights/jets on). However, we still were able to get the adjustments with text messages to Silva and her team. Overall a great place and we will definitely come back.

Perfect Family Gathering Spot

We were looking for a home away from home to bring all of our adult children together for the Thanksgiving holiday. This place was a perfect fit. Covid clean, extra large great room, converted garage entertainment room plus, all the amenities you’d want outside. The property manager even responded quickly to answer any questions. Great choice!
