NOTICE of POOL/SPA CLOSURE - Please note that the pool will be under renovation from July 6, 2026 - August 6, 2026. During this period the pool and spa will not be available for guest usage.

-Mailbox access is not permitted

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through Airbnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External contract to be signed

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

-Ring doorbell with motion sensored video on exterior near main entry door
