"This was a really nice stay, we did have some issues in the starting but I spoke with Celine and she helped a lot she made our experience better and helped resolve the issues. I would love to come back and stay here because this place is beautiful the only downfall is that it is far so you have to get taxi to get places nothing is in walking distance. There’s also a ton of cats we loved them but if you are allergic this is not the right place. I wish we stayed longer because it felt like home and everyone was so friendly "

"This was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. The place was magnificent! Everything was perfect, amazing attention to little details (the room smelled gorgeous, snacks & drinks provided, rose petals on the bed!!), the staff was so kind and helpful (organized taxis for us, gave us recommendations, and made reservations for us), and just the hotel was beautiful (gorgeous pool, amazing gardens, stunning atmosphere and bar). It was the best stay I have ever had and I would LOVE to come back. It was relaxing, luxurious, and made me feel like I was in oasis away from the rest of the world. Genuinely this is a one of a kind stay, in a beautiful curated hotel. One thing to note, is that they do offer shuttles to and from the Medina so it is very accessible!"
