"Highly recommend a stay. Staff are friendly, hotel room was perfect, clean and modern. Not far from the Metro which was perfect to getting to and from the airport (15mins). Also close to many attractions. Would definitely stay there again and can’t recommend it enough. We had an issue with our bathroom sink not draining. They fixed it straight away. Copenhagen - beautiful Staff were friendly and courteous."

"I stayed in a Captain room. It was big! Super clean, with what I'd expect from a budget hotel. No fridge. The bathroom was fairly small but not too bad. The door was very annoying - every time another door on my floor moved, my door also moved and made noise. I wedged my suitcase against it and that helped. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was ok. The bed was very comfy - though the pillows are very soft."

"Great location but for the price I think the hotel need to upgrade some of the amenities like the sauna and the gym the sauna has limited hours and also it’s outside I think it should be inside with showers. The gym equipment is poor need a lot more especially strength and wight lifting the restaurant is good but very pricy I think they need to upgrade their fruit selection rooms are nice I didn’t like the covers and the one small window in the room. Shower was great need a bit more pressure on the water staff is helpful and wonderful especially in the reception and the bar. Over all a bit to price but location is wonderful"

"Excellent location and welcoming, helpful staff. Notably helpful over keeping bags between checkout and evening flight home. Breakfast buffet fresh and varied, although self-service coffee machines create a bottleneck. Possibly the best croissants I’ve had outside France. Room comfortable — bed very good — but decor feels ready for a refresh. Noisy floorboards make it difficult to walk the corridor without disturbing others. Overall a good end to the trip and a hotel I’d happily use again."
