We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The room, staff and breakfast were all great. Location was perfect for us, we could walk to most of the places that we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, in a perfect location. You can just walk to the major points of Copenhague. Staff is very kind. We choose a suite and it is a very large room, new. The breakfast is very good too.

Room was a nice size. Great size bathroom and shower as well. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Convenient location -- walked across the bridge to get to everything. I do wish coffee and tea were available in the lobby all day, but there was water.

The hotel was located close to local transport, so it was easy to get a tram from the airport. The hotel sent an online check-in link via email, but I wasn't able to submit due to errors. Departing check-in worked and was easy to do, helpful for an early morning flight. The hotel overlooked a road near a bridge into town, and was located near a bus stop. I'd recommend the hotel for a city visit.
