"The property was well maintained the biggest pool was under maintenance so every one was at the kids and other pool. It was packed but not too crowded surprisingly. The entertainment nightly was amazing . They have a kids club for teenagers and younger kids that was amazing. I highly recommend for a family vacation . The food choices were endless I did only the breakfast package. They even accommodated my early morning departure and provided entry to the breakfast area. The beach access for the property was not the greatest it was a big rocky if you don’t mind . Hotel was easily accessible to the bus ."

"We had a lovely 6 day stay in July… close to the airport with free parking, several nice pools and excellent food with great variety at buffet! Heated pool didn’t feel very heated but it didn’t affect our overall experience too much. Parking gets busy but there’s free parking on the adjacent street so it wasn’t an issue. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My partner has a nut allergy and Sergio in the main Drago restaurant went above and beyond to assist him with ensuring he could enjoy the full variety of options in the buffet safely - aside from this, his service was also exceptional and we loved seeing his smiley face at mealtimes!
