- Chic Spanish 4 bed/3 bath pool house in Palm Springs - in the trendy Desert Park Estates. Huge heated pool, hot tub, modern oversized gas fire pit, private shaded gazebo, and epic backyard view of the San Jacinto mountains offer Palm Springs outdoor living at its finest. Inside you'll find designer touches throughout with 4 bedrooms (3 King beds and 2 Queens), a fully-stocked chef's kitchen with brand new stainless appliances, and a cozy living room with fireplace. Minutes to downtown, the Tram, and all the desert has to offer.
The space is newly renovated.
Minimum 30 day stay.
Renter will be provided $400 credit for utilities for the month - anything over will be responsibility of renter; however property has solar. Alternatively, renter can pay flat $50/day to heat pool and hot tub.
