Downtown-PALM-SPRINGS-Get-AWAY

  • Located just one mile from the heart of Palm Springs, this two bedroom residence features a pool with vintage celebrity decor amidst new amenities. This is the owners unit in a fourplex that is private, quiet and spacious. Outdoor views of palm trees, pool and mountains. Private bbq facilities. Two bedrooms with extra plush and comfy 100% cotton queen beds, two t.v.’s, two couches with pull outs.
    Two off street parking spots. Close to Spencer’s & Melvyn’s restaurants, and close to the Ace Hotel, the Saguaro Hotel, Arrive Hotel all with community pools and hot tubs and eateries. The pool is not heated. No pets allowed.


    Floors will be new in the summertime.

    Beds fresh and firm per owner as of 5/9/2022.
