    Welcome to Mesquite Country Club, a beautifully landscaped and maintained private gated community in Palm Springs. Located approximately 1 mile from downtown Palm Springs and centrally located to the other desert communities, the complex contains 3 swimming pools with jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts and is next to the golf course. 1 block from Ralphs, CVS, Starbucks, Natures Healthfood and many restaurants.

    This spacious upper unit, with stunning mountain views was completely remodeled in 2017 and features three televisions, built in wine bar, video arcade, in unit washer/dryer, all new appliances, two balconies, and NEST A/C & Heating system.

    The newly appointed kitchen includes granite countertops, all new stainless appliances, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, panini maker and more. Complete with everything you'll need or want to cook your favorite meal.

    Relax on the outdoor patio furniture under the umbrella with your favorite beverage while gazing at the gorgeous mountains, greeted by the numerous hummingbirds that are whirring around you.

    The master suite features a double closet with double vanity and a shower you'll never want to leave. The king size bed is super comfy whether you want to spend the day reading or watching the 55" TV. Open the large slider to the balcony to listen to the birds and fountain in the gardens below.

    The guest room also features a double closet, it's own private patio with BBQ, queen size bed with Tempurpedic mattress topper, television with Roku system and is adjacent to the 2nd bathroom, also featuring high end shower system and river rock tile.

The kitchen was fully stocked which we really appreciated. They had plenty of towels and even provided all the essentials like - laundry soap, kitchen soap, shampoo, conditioner, TP and paper towels. It was great that they are green!!! We had the pool to ourselves the entire 2 weeks. Thank you Peter for being such a generous host. We will definetly be staying here again.

Newly remolded and very nice. Great location. Next to Prescott preserve which provided a great area for daily walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Peter was a wonderful host of the property. The view was beautiful, the condo was quiet and clean and very well stocked with necessities. The towels were nice and thick, the beds and indoor and outdoor furniture were comfortable. The grounds are lovely and well taken care of. The condo is in a great location next to the Prescott Preserve, a nice walking trail. ( about 2.6 miles around).We wished there were umbrellas to use for shade around the pools.

The hosts were amazing. John and Peter checked in frequently to see if we needed any supplies or to check on us after an earthquake. They informed us of anything going on in Palm Springs such as a bike race or Modernism Week that would affect us going downtown. Their service was way beyond anything we have ever experienced in other rentals.

The unit was just as pictured online. Everything was immaculate, the bathrooms and kitchen were very spacious and high-end, the property manager Peter was friendly and accessible. Two balconies with mountain views and a great location made our stay convenient and very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Retreat in Palm Springs

This property is a lovely spot to stay in Palm Springs. The suite is spacious and well-appointed and it's in a perfect location for enjoying Palm Springs and the surrounding areas. Griffin, the host, is extremely nice and the Property Manager, Peter is helpful and responsive.

Comfortable Condo

We are frequent visitors to Palm Springs and found this condo to be among one of our favorite places to stay. Ideal location in a quiet comfortable setting. And, the Property Manager, Peter, provided excellent service and prompt response to our questions and requests.

Great location

Unit was as advertised. Property manager Peter was very helpful during check in and followed up during our stay to verify that everything was ok with our stay. Stayed in a similar unit last year and really like the location and ease of getting around the Palm Springs area.

Beautiful condo in great location

Beautifully updated condo inside a lovely, gated complex with multiple pools and hot tubs. There are walking paths just behind the unit in a nature preserve being restored to native plants.

Wonderful place to stay

Everything we expected and more. Great location. Everything you could ever need was provided. Small hiccup with the bbq but Peter sorted immediately. Definitely a place we will revisit. Thank you for an amazing place to stay

Mesquite

The unit was clean and updated with a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. Basic supplies were ample which was much appreciated. Location was convenient to the best donut shop in town. Would definitely rent again in the future.

The unit was spotless, updated throughout. Beds were comfortable, and large showers were a plus. Even the bath towels were plush. A short walk to our daily morning hike on Prescott preserve. Short drives to many hiking locations. Close to downtown Palm Springs for great restaurants and nightlife. Full kitchen with all supplies and everything needed for cooking. Peter was an excellent host, check-in was fast and easy and communication was great. Access to pools and whirlpools just steps away. Would recommend this for couples or families.

Wonderful Palm Springs Holiday

We travel to PS every December to visit family and this was our forst time in this property. It was a delightful, clean and quiet condo. Everything was as pictured and described on the site.The complex is close to downtown and all the major roadways we need to get around the entire area. We will return. Thank you for a great stay!

Golf getaway

My boyfriend and I have a great time at the property. So close to the airport and close to all the golf courses we played over the week. The bed was very comfortable and tons of storage space. We loved having our morning coffee on the outdoor patio furniture. Great kitchen too. Easy check in process and the property manager was so friendly and helpful with recommendations on restaurants etc. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you!

GREAT stay in Palm Springs!

5+ stars all around! Beautiful condo, all updated, great views of the flowers & mountains. We have stayed in many places over the last 35 years and this place ranks right at the top. Peter is the best property mgr/host we have ever had. We can’t say enough good things about him and how he handled everything. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay!

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The condo had everything you need. Was super clean. Everything was top quality. Any queries we had were dealt with immediately by the owner Griffin therefore a huge thank you.! We holiday at Mesquite every year. This condo is by far the best yet. We can’t wait to book again for next year!
