"Overall a nice stay. Clean room and helpful staff. Only issue was a green and black mold stain on the ceiling above the shower. That definitely should be looked into."

"Staff is very friendly. My room smelled like cigarette smoke when I arrived, so the staff put in an ozone machine for a bit that helped. Unfortunately, there were cockroaches in my room. I let the staff know so they could fix it for the next guest. Not sure if I’ll stay here again, cockroaches are a dealbreaker for me. "

"The room itself was mostly clean, though bare. No hair dryer, no shampoo, few small thin towels. The shower head leaked from the connection and sprayed water at the ceiling. The real problem was the motel itself. It was dirty, there were omeless people in the stairwells, and the police were there multiple times during our stay. The photos on line were not bad, real life was nasty."

"Check in time is 3 pm. I arrived at 3:30 pm to check in. There was a line and ONE person at the desk. When it was my turn in line, the ONE employee said "let me see if the room is ready" and LEFT to personally check on the room. He did this for a couple cutomers after me too. My room WAS NOT ready. He told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I DID NOT get into my room until 5 pm. I needed to use the restroom as I waited. THERE IS NOT RESTROOM FOR THE PUBLIC!! Luckily, the maid who worked on my room offered for me to use the restroom in my roo. THE MAID WAS AWESOME! She worked very quickly and professionally to ready the room as quickly as she could! I was told the "free breakfast" was available from 6:30 am until 9:30 am. The next morning, we went to the breakast area at 7:30 am. The coffee and hot water was empty. There was no milk, juice or drinking water set up. There were oatmeal bags, but again, NO WATER (Hot or otherwise) available. There was NO FOOD OF ANY KIND. Everything was gone. When we asked when there would be stuff available, we were told "ONE MINUTE". 20 minutes, when nothing was replaced, we left for the day. Very nice room, the housekeeping staff was great, but the front deck service was terrible. The "amenities" are a joke and the "free breakfast" was the biggest joke of all!"

"The Ev parking in the back should be Ev only. When we got back to the hotel. All the spots in the back were filled with non Ev cars. "
