THE SAILOR HOUSE, Duplex Palma Center

This charming 50 m² duplex is ideal for discovering one of the most fashionable neighborhoods in the city, the Santa Catalina neighborhood in Palma de Mallorca. It has three levels, the first at street level has an American kitchen on the left, fully equipped. Right next to it they have a small but complete bathroom with shower and in front of the entrance there is a sofa with a plasma TV and a dining table for 4 people. To the right of the entrance begins the staircase (without railing) to go up to the first floor. There is the double bed with a wardrobe and above which you can go up to a floor with another single bed. Another smart TV is hung on the wall in front of both beds.

It has internet access (wifi), air conditioning and heat pump heating.

If you need it, there is a covered car park in a nearby building, it is subject to availability and costs €16/night.

This small but fantastic duplex apartment is located in the heart of Palma, in the lively neighborhood of Santa Catalina. You will find all kinds of restaurants and at night all kinds of bars and pubs to celebrate and enjoy the Majorcan night. It is important to inform that despite being in the middle of the bustle, the apartment is located on a small street, very narrow and with no traffic. In the morning you can wander in the Santa Catalina market, a few steps from the apartment, visit a multitude of shops of all kinds, stroll along the Paseo Marítimo (or do sports activities) and/or relax in the Sa Feixina park.

NB: We do not offer cots for babies.

-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the accommodation.

-Please respect the community areas: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and passing through them quietly.

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or disturbing behavior by any person in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the accommodation regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.

Very good location with lots of restaurants around. Well equipped kitchen. Just consider the stairs because they are steep and very tall steps. If you’re tall there are a couple of places you can hit your head on.

Absolutely loved the sailor house. It was such a huge part of what made this trip so special. The location was absolutely amazing in the heart of Palma with some of the best local bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as beautiful architecture and walkable streets and shops. The location was perfect as it was central to anywhere and close to the train station if you want to go to the north of the island. The sailor house was nestled in a little street that made you feel like a local. And it was so comfortable and absolutely perfect for my group. We had plenty of space and everything was just phenomenal. So clean and comfortable. If you’re on the fence about booking this trip, I cannot emphasize enough how perfect and memorable it was. A trip that I will forever cherish and that’s a huge part because of how memorable the sailor house made it. The host was so incredibly kind and responsive and we felt so safe and well taken care of. Hope to be able to go back soon! Thank you!!

Einfach mit dem Bus vom Flughafen zu erreichen. Es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Check-in und Kommunikation waren hervorragend! Gerne wieder! :)

Die Lage ist direkt bei Bars und Restaurants, Leute die gerne mit offenem Fenster schlafen könnte es etwas zu laut sein. Ansonsten zu Fuß alles gut zu erreichen. Leider etwas zu teuer, da es wenig Aussicht gibt und für große Menschen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten alles gut gewesen.

The perfect location to be close to the action. Next to restaurants and bars. The flat was really nice and had everything I needed. The communication with the landlord was very easy and uncomplicated. They also listed many places like breakfast places and vintage stores, which I made good use of. All in all I would come back anytime.
