"The pictures appear to be for the 3rd floor and we stayed in the unit on the second floor. Accommodations were fine and the unit was well stocked. Did get to see the monkeys on the second afternoon. We stayed 2 nights and it served our needs."

"The property was in an excellent location, close to shops but also very close to the Cloud Forest. The property was adequately equipped for home cooking and it had a lovely patio where we could watch the monkeys that would come by occasionally."

"Vista Vivace was a perfect place to stay in the Central Valley! The owners, Nancy and Andy, are lovely, generous people and welcomed us to to their home. The one bedroom was perfect for a couple with the living space above the bedroom. The full wall of windows plus an outdoor patio allowed full enjoyment of the view and sunset. "Nice little apartment, but needs updating. Windows without screens, poor insulation and was very cold and windy. Lots of noise from main road closeby. Shower was the only place with hot water, an electric low flow shower with marginal flow. "

"Beautifully maintained property with humming birds and other types of birds right outside. Very quiet, spacious and private. Our family of four fit very comfortably in the two separate bedrooms. The jacuzzi was prefect after our zip lining adventure nearby. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"A beautiful property with very friendly staff and a wonderful on-site restaurant! They provided a complimentary upgrade as we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. There were white-faced monkeys playing on our deck which we enjoyed. We highly recommend staying here for part of your Monteverde experience!"

"Our six night-stay was delightful. The lodge is superb. Access to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve is a 10-minute walk away. Our room was delightful with a grand view of valleys and mountains and tropical plants on the property. We ate breakfast and dinner at the lodge restuarant. Breakfast was outstanding, and the dinner menu was extensive. Every dinner was delicious and expertly prepared."

"Staff here was absolutely wonderful. Thank you all for your help with our luggage. lots of stairs in this place. The Infinity pool was beautiful. At the pool bar they make incredible caiperaina. The restaurant was delicious. And the staff there was incredible as well. We had two different rooms here because of the stair situation. And both of them were so beautiful. The road coming up here is very rocky with lots of potholes so a four-wheel drive would be best. Parking is at a minimal for their guests. Had some issues with that for sure. We go in and out a lot. "
