Palmas, sempre uma novidade!

Quarto com alguns probleminhas, a torneira do chuveiro não fechava direito e nem abria, a iluminação não tinha sido terminada com vários fios soltos no teto. Mas a cama era confortável além de estar bem localizado.

Ambiente necessita de reforma

Hotel necessitando de manutenção. O primeiro quarto tinha o piso quebrado no banheiro e a torneira jorrando para todos os lados. O segundo quarto com bastante aranhas pequenas, fios a mostra, teto com rachaduras. Ambos com infiltração nas paredes, ar condicionado parava de funcionar durante a noite. Não recomendo a estadia.

Minha estadia foi apenas de passagem, entre o retorno do jalaão e a espera do voo, que era na madrugada, então valeu pelo custo-benefício. Mas o hotel é bem simples, ainda em fase de finalização, aparentemente, e não tem muita estrutura, pra quem precisa passar mais tempo.

Fui muito bem atendida. A passada é bem simples, o que não seria um problema. Mas o vaso sanitário não tinha assento, o que achei horrível. Os itens do café da manhã também ficam expostos sem uma proteção para insetos.

Sentimento de ser lesados!!!

Contratamos um quarto para três pessoas. Uma amiga desistiu. Fomos alocado em um com 2 camas. Fomos questionar. A atendente disse ué não era com eles sobre ressarcimento e nem nos acomodou no QUARTO CONTRATADO. Fomos enganados por fotos. As que estão na internet devem ter, no mínimo uns 10 anos. A piscina estava com a água turva de sujeira. Lixo nos corredores. O quarto não tinha um espelho. O café é servido muito tarde (falaram que não tem padaria que abre antes das 7h, mas eles podariam organizar pão, presunto, muçarela, leite, café, assar pão de queijo, fazer cuscuz e tapioca, ter frutas, tudo isso não depende de uma padaria aberta. Saímos de tarde e quando voltamos a energia tinha acabado de voltar. Quando entramos no quarto, a TV e o ar estavam ligados. Tomamos um susto. Enfim, foram uma sucessão de coisas horríveis que fizeram a nossa estadia ser totalmente desconfortável. Ouvimos assim, quando saímos… “vai desculpando qualquer coisa”. Pedi para desfazer meu cadastro. Não voltaremos nunca mais!!!
