The biljard’s game room was an excellent addition to the property, as it entertained both kids and parents. However, it’s important to mention that the neighboring property was quite an eyesore. The adjacent terrain was cluttered with old cars, containers, and unused machinery, which detracted from the otherwise serene environment. "If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space."

"Beautiful view, plenty of outdoor charm. Lots of trees and a nice outdoor area with 2 chaise lounges. (Hope it doesn't rain during your visit, because there is no comfortable chair anywhere else.) There is no grill for a reason; the dry grass hillside is a tinder keg. One stray spark and boom! Instant conflagration. Give up smoking while here! The deck is not well-maintained, badly needs some repair & paint to cover the plentiful grease stains. It's so unfortunate that the indoors doesn't really...

"When we arrived, the house is very cold. We turned on the air conditioner, it need about 6-8 hours to make the house warm, so my husband caught a cold. The room with three beds apparently is attic, its bedside lamp doesn’t work and the sockets have no power, no air conditioner in that room. Kitchen looks dirty. Really a horrible experience. Will not choose this house anymore."
