We stayed in a "room" not a suite. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed, mini fridge and coffee. Decor is cute and practical. I appreciate they kept the old charm of the historic building. No air conditioning but the windows and a small fan kept it cool if we needed.

Really want to give this place a great review because you can tell the owners are family operated and they have done a lot to remodel this old home. They have made it into a small “hotel” with half a dozen rooms and yet it still feels like an old home. Room was very clean and the bed and linens very nice. But the room and bathroom are very small. If it’s just 2 and you don’t have a lot of luggage it would be fine. Not a lot of amenities if that is something you need.

The bed was pushed up against the wall, so i would have to crawl over my husband to go to the bathroom. Walking was limited to one person at a time while the other one scooted into a small space. The was insufficient room for our luggage as we were staying for a week. The shower was the best part of the room. Having laundry on site was nice.

Room 301 was decorated very attractively. Great kitchenette that is stocked with nice dishes and silverware, Keurik coffee maker. Stayed 3 nights and happy with the stay. Used washer and dryer in the building. Stairs into this top of the building room are steep. Could be a problem for someone with knee or hip pain or disability. Otherwise a great room.

The property is a historic hotel updated with modern amenities in a very charming way. I was a bit worried about the lack of onsite staff, but they have their systems dialed. Service was great and the location in downtown Palmer was fantastic. Can’t wait to stay again.

Me and my wife thought the room was really nice and cute. The only thing I would do is I seen a bicycle behind the building where we parked that just might want to be picked up and thrown away besides that everything was great loved it will definitely come back again.
