"El lugar perfecto para desconectar y volver a conectar"

"The hotel was in a great location. Views were outstanding. The room was perfect for our stay. Jorge was so pleasant at the front concierge desk and incredibly helpful. The food at the restaurant was okay (not sure why they serve Tilapia in their fish fingers when the Ocean is right in front of them). BTW. An amazing place for seafood is just up the street at 7 Seas. Do that !!! The front desk lady was unfriendly, gave us the map to our room without explaining how to get there and when...

"Due to a fire the day before we arrived, many of the amenities available to Altitude upgrades were not available. The adult pool was cloudy the entire time and the swim up bar never opened during our entire 7 day stay. The staff really worked hard to make up for the affected amenities, but not having two restaurants, made the week a little boring with eating choices. A complimentary Altitude upgrade for our next trip would be adequate to make up for the unfortunate circumstances and our minds...

"It is a great place to stay for a get away from it all."

"We throughly enjoyed our 2 wks at the Cabo Break Hotel! Perfect beach location…staff was fantastic…Zippers restaurant was excellent . The restaurant in the hotel was very good also with exception of the loud music playing and the chairs very uncomfortable- bring a towel to sit on ! Rooms were comfortable/ very clean and again we can’t say enough of customer service we received from the Cabo staff! Thank you Betty /Juan and team!"

"Clean room, clean pool. Grateful for opportunity"

"We loved this property! Beautiful setting right on the beach, great pool, very friendly staff, rooms weren’t fancy but very clean and internet was excellent. We also liked that it was walking distance to quite a few restaurants. Only stayed a couple of days this time but would come back for longer next time!"

"La atención de Armando en lobby fue excelente, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin embargo otra chica de recepción dio un servicio bastante deficiente. Afortunadamente Armando nos ayudó a resolver el problema y todo fluyó sin contratiempos"

"This is the most chill, relaxing, friendly place in the entire costa azul area"

"Room: the room itself was clean, they left a note in the bathroom that said they would be in to change the sheets every three days fine. The housekeeper was in our room up to 3x a day. Why. Not changing the towels, then turn down service, unnecessary. I didn’t like how they were in the room multiple times a day. Also they knocked on our door at 3 and tried to get in. The last night we got food poisoning and what do you think is worse than sharing a toilet? The toilet not working. They had no...

"All inclusive yes. But the selections were very limited on food choices and the buffet was cold (sad because everything else was great. The liquor selection was B rated. Not the top shelf liquor you would expect at a normal bar"
