"Very pleasant stay, everything you need is present. Good beds, good equipment for cooking your italian meals and nice fireplace. Francesco was a really warm host: helped us out when needed, had good ideas for trips in the environment!"

"This place is close by to the metro and other bus lines, also close to the Vatican. It makes it so easy to get to the airport or Roma Termini. The hosts were very communicative and were a delight. I would definitely recommend this place."

"We loved this apartment! It was super cute and clean with an amazing restaurant underneath. It was within walking distance of Vatican City. We ended up walking to the Colosseum as well. It was really easy to communicate with the host and he gave us restaurant suggestions."

"Apartment is dated. One bathroom smelled horrible the entire stay. Got there and air conditioner wasn’t working. Manager showed up right away but was grumpy. Told me I had to pay an additional city tax and cleaning fee. I guessed I was getting scammed but had no other option but to pay. Air conditioning worked about 75% of time. Would not recommend."

"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."

"Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to Rome and Florence. Quiet at night. Beautiful view. Plenty of restaurants near by. Absolutely loved the quiet nights and away from the noise of the city. "
