"Great stay. Perfectly located between the train station, shops and restaurants. They had complimentary breakfast included. The shower got really hot. We traveled with our two toddlers, had a triple room and we were all comfortable. Check out felt early but they held our bags for us while we waited for our train. Would stay there again."
"Very disappointing experience.
As two women traveling alone, arriving after dark to an unfamiliar town was stressful enough, but this hotel made the situation even worse. Communication was difficult because very few staff members, including management, spoke English, leaving us feeling unsupported and uncertain about our options.
The hotel itself was not what we expected. The lobby appeared old, shabby, and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere felt more like a budget hostel than a hotel....
"I love that they had breakfast at 4:30 in the morning, which made it great for setting out on an early tour. The staff were incredible. They stowed our luggage which was fantastic. The property was a bit loud as there were many dogs across the street barking all night. And it was a little too far away from the center of town for my liking. The hot water handle broke, but they did come up to fix it but the water pressure was extremely low"
"We had an awesome time at this hotel! The stairs are not so bad to climb if you are already climbing the ones in Machu Picchu! It’s good practice! Breakfast was awesome and views cannot compare! Overall I would recommend for anyone ok to climb up 110 steps to get to their room!"
