"Had a great time at Afissos Blu Hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea. Just down the street are a number of tavernas and shops. The little village is quiet and picturesque, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of our stay was our host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating! We were gifted a jar of homemade honey before we left and felt right at home during our stay. Highly recommended! 5 stars!"

"Very pleasant stay especially down to the friendly/helpful staff. Excellent value for money. The only real negatives (a) on the beach directly in front of the hotel there's a sort of sink hole/collapsed bit that really needs clearing up and filling in, makes such a bad impression if you're arriving at the hotel on foot via the beach (b) very limited menu at the hotel restaurant (we got given a discount coupon but it just didn't seem worth using.) Beyond this it's a fantastic hotel at this price point."

"It's a really nice place to stay in Skiathos, Asteri Studio's lie up the hill just outside Skiathos Town. It's easy to find as it's around 5mins drive from the port, property has a nice large front garden & plenty of seating to enjoy the warm evenings. Great view of the town from up here too, rooms are spacious and well equipped, had everything you need, there's a few bakeries close by if you need a snack, plenty of local shops at the bottom of the hill. Main town is 5 mins drive, there's a beach at the bottom of the hill and many more just a short drive away. Wi-Fi is included but you need to be close to reception to pick it up. I would recommend and stay there again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing. They were all so friendly. The room was very clean and we had a beautiful balcony. The pool was very relaxing. It was truly an oasis. The breakfast each morning was a wonderful treat. Also, the location is perfect. We walked everywhere. It was a great location, as it was so close to Bus Stop 1. If we come back, we'll definitely stay here again."

Quiet apart from a bar opposite that had music until 10 pm every night but it wasn’t too intrusive. The staff were delightful. Family run, they were friendly, courteous, and charming. "Me and my elderly dad had a great week here. Perfect location on the beach with a great pool. All kept very clean. The spa was great too. The staff were wonderful and accommodating and the rooms had great balconies to sit and read. The only thing which could be improved was the food offered - just not as nice as other places and the shower in the bathroom was a bit of a pain - try to shower without turning your bathroom into a swimming pool! We would definitely return and would recommend this hotel. No problems for my dad walking around the complex and he loved his week there."

"The staff were so friendly. They organised several taxis for us all booked through the hotel. The pool was quiet and clean. The views were amazing. We cannot fault it. We had a Mountain View suite with a hot tub and it was just so peaceful and perfect. The beach is close by, but a steep walk up and down. We can’t wait to come back."
