I had to walk 500 meters to get the keys from Vienna Hotel and to return the key as well. Staff was not friendly

It was a perfect place to stay right in the centre of Vienna, you could walk to see all the interesting places.

Extremely well located, friendly staff and a very nice room and bathroom. Perfect for our short stay in the wonderful city of Vienna.

This hotel is situated close to the major attractions and one street over from the major shopping street. There is a large grocery store within steps so it was very convenient to purchase baked goods, fruits, and drinks to have in our hotel. Because the hotel is very central, it can be quite noisy at night with people talking in the square, traffic, etc.
