We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great!
Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning.
Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future.

This hotel was perfect for me. It was close to the base of the mountain and was walking distance to other bars and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and set up taxis to the airport and city center since I did not have a car. I won't look at any other place when I plan to return in the future.

A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good.
