The hotel staff was very helpful to include transportation to/from the events in old town Pamplona and to the airport via an on site shuttle or help with calling a taxi. The room was clean, largely well equipped, and the bed comfortable enough. There was however no tea kettle/coffee maker in the room nor any tea/coffee available on site prior to 8am. This is highly unusual and inconvenient to early risers. Parking was on site but very tight. Luckily we didn't need to move our car throughout our stay. The hotel location appeared to be in a safe area and was within a few miles of old town Pamplona. The hotel shuttle was convenient for early morning bull run activities and public transportation was very close by. All in all this was a wonderful hotel to stay at for our Pamplona experience. I do think the lack of coffee/tea service in room/on site/no room service prior to 8am could be improved upon.

Great hotel in Pamplona

This hotel is one of the best in Pamplona. Their breakfast buffet is excellent (extra fee). Their service was helpful and prompt. We will stay there again.

Modern well equipped hotel

This is an excellent modern 4 star hotel. There are bars and cafes nearby but it is not in a tourist location. Good cafe on the ground floor.

The property has a very nice lobby with marble floors and walls. The room was small and outdated. I was overcharged and the hotel did not honor the price that was quoted by Experian. I am starting to see a trend with this practice. Through out my vacation. Going with Experian was way costly at the end as none of the providers honored the agreements.
