Great location. Murad is a great lad, he allowed us to check in early and helped us find a taxi for our transfer. I’d suggest Gritti Pera to work on their breakfast.

Excellent start Very professional and highly courageous

We were a group of 9 people divided over 5 rooms. This was an amazing experience made even better by the staff at the hotel. They made us feel at home. They were helpful, friendly, warm, and very welcoming. This is not our first time at Richmond Istanbul and it definitely won't be our last. Thank you for the management of the hotel.

Room is very noisy: draft from the window, water running. The lights also blink. Very hot on -2 floor during breakfast

As soon as I booked, the hotel guest relations team reached out. I mentioned it was a short break to celebrate my wife’s birthday and requested a Bosporus view room. To my delight, we were given that dream room, even though it was normally a higher rate. The room was clean and tidy, well-maintained considering its age. The breakfast was truly 5-star quality — varied, fresh, and delicious. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel warmly welcomed. Specially, guest relation officer Ms Salma used to welcome us every morning and had a good chat and wellbeing. We returned home with wonderful memories of this stay.
