The condo was spacious, well equipped, and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Check in, parking, and daily access to the complex and the condo were very convenient. The beach was one of the prettiest and cleanest we have been to - even during spring break!One thing we weren't prepared for was the limited supplies for daily use items like toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and garbage bags. Be sure to bring those with you to avoid the need and high costs for local purchase.

The condo was amazing! Very clean and roomy for our group of 11. Amazing views too! We saw dolphins and manta rays in the water from the balcony. Alli was quick to respond when we needed something and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Perfection on the Beach

The condo is very spacious and we loved the wrap-around balcony! The decor was beautifully cozy and beachy. We were very happy with the location and all of the amenities at Tidewater. Ally, the owner, was quite helpful when I had a couple of requests/questions. We would definitely stay here again!

I love this condo

This property and the owner are awesome! The space is a very open floor plan and accommodated all 8 of my friends. It's clean and very nice. This was my second year renting this unit and I am looking forward to more great times there.

August Beach Trip

The condo was great. Very spacious. We had a perfect view off the 22nd floor of the sun setting each day. The place had everything we need to enjoy a comfortable home away from home experience. I took my 4 sons (ages 4, 9, 21, & 24) and my mother for the week. Everyone had a great time.

Great condo but the elevators are horrible!

The condo has everything you need with a great view. The bunkbed with the queen worked perfectly for the teenage girls. The only downside was the elevators.The wait was entirely too long and one was down.

Luxurious Space

The property was able to accommodate all eleven of us including having a playpen for my granddaughter. I had to contact the owner twice with minor questions and I received a response within minutes. All the beds were comfortable and the 85 inch TV was great for when we watched movies. We had a great time and will use this property again on our next visit to Panama City Beach.

It was a nice place for our family. We enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Our only problem was the elevator situation. 2 were down, not owners fault but no one likes waiting for elevator when on vacation. They did have someone manning the elevator for 2 days which did help. The condo was clean and nice!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying in this condo. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. We saw dolphins from the balcony. The kids enjoyed the cool water in the pools after a long day at the beach. The elevators need some improvement on wait times but itโ€™s wasnโ€™t too bad. You have to leave your ID to get a luggage cart but that ensured everyone brought it back and we never had an issue getting one. They are doing some construction on the roads in front of the condo but overall we had a great experience โค๏ธ

Perfect Large Family Vacation Spot!

We LOVED this condo! What you see is what youโ€™re getting, but even better in person. We had 12 total with ages ranging from adult to age 3. Each family had enough room without feeling on top of anyone else. It was clean and spacious! Not only was the condo and view beautiful, but communication with Alli was top notch!! She made the process of booking so easy and was always accessible when I needed to contact her. She laid everything out so well prior to arriving that I had no questions the moment we arrived. We will be back! :)

Elevatirs were horrible

The room was wonderful but i will never stay at tidewater again. The elevators were beyond terrible. I had to leave early because my back hurt so bad due to standing so long waiting on the elevator. Also, the pools were very dirty.

Great Condo/Host-Awful Elevators

Beautiful condo with even more beautiful views!!! The host did a great job communicating and fixing any issues promptly (there was miscommunication with the cleaners and our condo was unfortunately not clean upon arrival). We loved the proximity to Pier Park and the amenities at Tidewater. Unfortunately, the elevators are so small and take soooo long that we will not rent at Tidewater again. All high rises have wait times for elevators, but this was beyond anything Iโ€™ve ever experienced. Best advice, pack your lunch and your coolers for the whole day bc heading back up to the room might literally take hours.

Condo is in an excellent location. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. We had 10 people and the room layout was perfect. Lots of room in the kitchen with plenty of comfortable seating in the den. Beach view is incredible. Nice balcony to have morning coffee or evening beverage. We were there the first week in June and did not have problems waiting for an elevator. Parking garage was usually full on level 2, but never had an issue finding a spot on other levels. We traveled in a 15 passenger van and there was ample space to accommodate.
