Welcome to ClaroMar, your family's retreat located just off the scenic Hwy 30A. With Coastal Florida charm, ClaroMar is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by sego palms and sea pines. Kick back by the private heated pool ( additional $35 per night fee for heat) and enjoy the respite you desperately need!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath has been recently refreshed and comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. Upon entry, you will be greeted with a beautiful open floor plan. Gorgeous flooring pours throughout the house generating the perfect balance of beauty and warmth for your holiday getaway. The fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, countertop seating, and stainless steel appliances are a cook's dream. Movie nights and leisurely lounging are a must in the large living area with a 55” flat screen TV, cozy furnishings and whole house audio system.

Just a 5 minute stroll will take you to the private beach access at the end of the street, where you will find the sugar white sand and the emerald water of the gulf coast . Located less than one mile from the surrounding communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Watersound, ClaroMar puts you within a short walk, bike ride, or drive to fun family activities like The Hub, delicious restaurants, desirable boutiques and more! Or if you prefer to spend a quiet evening cooking at home you can do so in the peaceful confines of the surrounding pines with ample outdoor seating!

Parking is available for approx. 4 vehicles in the driveway of the home.

The best vacation

This was our second vacation in this home and it was perfect! Clean, quite street, walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants to pick from and the host was amazing. You could not ask for a better rental property or host. We will be back next year for sure!!

Another Great Vacation

This was our second time staying in this home and we loved it just as much as our first visit. The cleaners do a fantastic job as the house was just spotless. The location is perfect and the layout of the home works great for a family. The backyard is just perfect. Can't wait to visit again.

Great Family Vacation

Everything was great! The only recommendation I would have is adding a golf cart for commuting to the beach. The walk is just far enough where one would be necessary.

Awesome house, perfect location

Very clean, very comfortable, and very easy walk to the beach! We loved our stay here. The pool was a great bonus. The kitchen was well stocked had everything we needed to cook. It was the little details, like having toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap, that really made things easy. Will be back!!

Great house

We made a last minute decision to spend a week at 30a and chose this house because of the pool and access to a private beach. We used the pool everyday to relax and cool off - it’s small but perfect for a quick dip. The neighborhood was quiet and the one story house was perfect for our group of 5 and our goldendoodle.

Great rental

Wonderful location close to the beach. Much closer to Pier Park then we initialized realized with a ton of good dining options close by if you don’t want to go to far. The pool was wonderful and the back yard is enormous. Will definitely try to rent here again.

Lovely home

This house was perfect for us and our fur children! Comfortable beds and a wonderful master bedroom! Was so nice to have a backyard and so much room outside to relax. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay! It was during the busy season, but never felt like it since the house is in a quiet neighborhood! Very clean and the house has everything you would need to cook. We hope to be back in the near future!

Beautiful Beach

First time vacationing on 30A, we’ve stayed in the Destin/Miramar area multiple times. The beach was perfect and not overcrowded. We enjoyed staying at the home and it was spacious enough for our group of 7. Also a plus was being only 2 miles from Publix. Our restaurant recommendation would be The Bay!

Nothing short of amazing!

This was my second time staying here. You won't find a cleaner place or a better host anywhere! Three bedrooms separated by the living space, private back yard, and a three minute walk to the beach. Just perfect!

Wonderful Stay!

My husband & I, with our 3 kids (8-14 years old) and small dog, had a wonderful stay in this home! The description of the home is accurate. It was clean, spacious, great sound system, accessible to the beach within minutes walking and had a private beach access! Bob was phenomenal in response time and easy to work with. Walk to the Beach

We had a wonderful stay over the July 4th holiday. The pool was warm. Great house and location. Easy walking distance to the beach. Watched fireworks from the beach on July 4th. Several great restaurants nearby in Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Nice walking / bike path for exploring the area. Great communication with Bob. Wonderful visit with family for vacation break.

Perfect getaway!

We loved the house. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, close to everything we wanted to do. We loved having a pool. That was a real luxury we enjoyed thoroughly. The only issue we had were the ants in the back yard. They were every where. Other than that we loved and hope to rebook again!! Thank you for everything!

Best Beach Bungalow

This was the first time we rented a house down in PCB, usually stayed in condo’s. This was the best trip ever. Sooo much more private, quiet and relaxing. No waiting on elevators!!! The house/home was the perfect set up for our family. Pool was so great! Beach was literally a 4 minute walk. Definitely will be booking this home again next year!!!

The Ideal Home on 30A

The house was nearly perfect for our and our pets' stay. It was comfortable inside and out. It was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and hanging out at home. Long walks up and down Clareon and Seacrest Drives convinced us that they're two of quietest, prettiest, least-populated areas along the whole 30A route. In addition, the beach and great shops were easily within walking distance. Bob, our terrific host, was very responsive to questions and needs around the house. We highly recommend this home in White's Gulfview, Seacrest, FL.

Perfect 30A Location

Walking distance to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Heated pool. Great location 30A. House has great layout and our family enjoyed during Spring break. Pool was heated and great to enjoy when we were not at the beach. Bob did great job with communication. No issues.

Five Stars in 30A

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and it is always a five star 30A experience. The pool was heated each day and we had great overall experience over Spring Break. We walked to the beach. Close to various local restaurants. We dined at the new Citizen restaurant in Ally’s Beach - great spot. We also checked out our usual favorites like Amici, Ambrosia, Lola’s Coastal Italians, and Shades. Communication from Bob was great.

Nice Place to Stay

Very nice house, pool and back yard if you have pets. The house was very clean, up-to-date and fully furnished. Only draw back was there were no baking sheets/pans, we baked using a skillet. The 2nd bathroom shower has a shower head but when turned on no water comes out, so baths only. I would stay there again if shower was fixed.
