This house has 2/2 in the main house, Kingbed in the Main Bedroom with 2 Queen beds in the other bedrooms . A breeze way connects 2 additional bedrooms/ bath each sleeping 4 . The beautiful Gulf can be seen from most rooms in the main house and it has a large sun room facing the Gulf of Mexico. This home is beautifully decorated with a large family entertainment area, Flat Screen TVs. large seating areas, step off the back porch onto the legendary sugar sand. The beach is semi private so very little public traffic. You will be blown away with all the things this home has to offer. This home is ideal for large gatherings and privacy. Privately nestled behind wall and gates. It is also located 35 min from Sandestin, Fl, and 8 miles from the beautiful beach of 30-A. A perfect location to make the most of your vacation.

Epic wedding memories

My new wife and I both wanted our wedding to be small with our feet in the sand. We were able to accomplish this and relax some as well during our stay. The very short walk to the beach made it so easy. Even though the weather tried to challenge us some with wind, it turned our awesome. Anything that came up during our stay was handled or answered quickly. Location was perfect and it allowed a small group of my family to take part in a few days that we will always remember!

Our stay was amazing! The view was gorgeous and so was the home. The guest bedrooms/bathrooms are rather small if you have multiple people staying but other than that, it's a great choice for a memorable vacation experience!

Fantastic!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the property. My mom and dad had never been to the beach and they were simply amazed! Waking up to that stunning view every day was the best. The kids had fun at the beach and there were even beach toys to build a sandcastle. I would recommend this property to anyone, we had a great time.

This was our first family beach trip and we booked it last fall. The renter was very responsive and answered questions within hours of asking. The house was very nice, clean and spacious. Thank you so much for an amazing week. The house is wonderful and in a perfect location. The whole process was very easy and the house had everything advertised and then some. Wonderful family vacation experience!

We planned and anticipated this trip to Panama City Beach for months and it did not disappoint! Casa Del Mar was everything that we'd hoped for - beautiful beach, ample room, a GREAT patio, and convenient to local shopping and eateries. We love to get local seafood and cook dinner, making the most of our time on the patio and the amazing beach. The kitchen was fully stocked to accommodate our needs and the outdoor grill was awesome too. Beds were comfortable, kids used the XBOX. It was very clean! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Property was very nice,clean all kitchen utensils were available. two things that may need improvement is trash pick up is only twice a week we had to see overflowing trash as we moved into the house, and a hood over the stove. Everything else was WONDERFUL!!! Will definetly look to staying here again.

Very nice property. Location on the beach front was not crowded during our stay. Hostess was always very quick to respond to any questions. Landscaping needing attention was easy to overlook and 1 bedroom bathroom door needing fixed the only other complaint otherwise we had a great vacation at this property. Thanks Raquel

Our second stay here, very functional home. The porch is so great and being on the beach is wonderful. New dishwasher and new dining room table were great. Disappointed the refrigerator still has no bars to make the shelves usable. But overall this is good deal and nice home. Looking forward to next year!

Incredible views & amazing property with lots of room for a large extended family Thanksgiving!

The direct access to the beach was awesome. We would sit in the house or on the porch and watch the kids play in the sand. We all loved the fire pit and hot tub and used both each day during our stay. My kids loved the “game room” and we loved that it was separate so that we didn’t hear their video game/TV noise! I especially enjoyed the views of the ocean from almost every angle in this house with lots of windows!! The plethora of beds to choose from made accommodating our large extended family a cinch. We had lots of room to spread out and not feel crowded. It was really top notch. We would love to stay here again in the future!!
