BEACHFRONT Townhome in Inlet Beach

This 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath townhouse is located in a beautiful private beach, in the peaceful area of Inlet Beach. Our beach is private so it is never crowded so you can stay safe while sitting and playing on the beach. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated! With a both covered and open porches overlooking the beach and ocean, you can literally step off the patio onto the soft white sand! Enjoy the beach and the sunset from the porch or living room. Even the master bedroom has an ocean front balcony! Exceptional value for a 1275 square foot townhome directly on the beach in such an amazing location. Has wifi internet and cable! We also have solar power providing a large portion of the energy needs for this home, so rest safe knowing it is a sustainable vacation home.

It is very close to a wide variety of restaurants and shops in Inlet Beach as well as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seagrove, and Seaside.

Our favorite location

We love this location. It is close to all the restaurants and shops without the crowded craziness of 30a, and the proximity to the water can’t be beat. We will be back!

We had a lovely family vacation! The location is exceptional with gorgeous ocean views and a very easy, short path to the beach. The house was supplied with all of our basic needs for the week. We used a couple of beach chairs, beach umbrella, and floats from the house. I was concerned our family of 5 might feel cramped but the space was just right. We loved that the beach area was not very crowded but we could also easily make trips to Rosemary, 30A or Panama City Beach for shopping and entertainment. We would recommend this spot to family or friends and would love to visit again!

Inlet Beach Fun

This was our first time vacationing in the area. The location of this property is fantastic! You are right on the beach with your toes in the sand in just seconds. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We had a leak while we were there and she was prompt to respond and get someone there to look at it.

Quick Trip to the Beach

The home is very nice! We loved that it was right on the beach and had 3 balconies. It was clean and had plenty of nice towels. The king bed is VERY soft, and we are used to a firm bed; just something good to know about. It was great having access to beach toys and chairs. Use caution when taking the path to the beach as the weeds are overgrown, and they caused us to stumble and trip several times. Air conditioning worked great, and we loved the quiet neighborhood!! We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

Perfect Location!

The location of this property couldn't be better! If you're looking for a quiet beach front property this is for you. Private beach right in the back yard and few homes in the area make it ideal. It would be nice if the property had some bikes, but you could always rent. We ended up driving everywhere except for one walk to The Donut Hole for breakfast one morning. The place needs a few minor tweaks such as a new pull out couch bed, a new, clean slip cover and a new shower head in the master bath. Some touch up paint and some newer furniture would really upgrade the place. Overall this place was fantastic and we would rent again!

Beach vacation

The hosts were fantastic with communication, and the location of the residence was everything we expected from the listing. The availability of beach toys, along with beach chairs was greatly appreciated. We did have to complete some laundry upon check in as the folded towels were still very wet from the prior cleaning service. Overall the property was fantastic and hosts were top notch communicators. Would definitely recommend.

So restful!

Our stay was so restful. The property helped to provide the rest we needed. It was clean and comfy. The bed, in particular, was awesome! The beach was quiet and easily accessible. We especially appreciated the extras - including an umbrella and chair to use on the beach.

Right on the beach!

Visited in Feb. 2025. 3-story townhouse design with 3-flights of steps to all floors. Amazing beach location right on the Gulf with very few people. Beaches are dog-friendly, FYI. Outside deck overlooking Gulf is in great shape with teak furniture; recently updated. Interior rooms/flooring updated as well. Bathrooms & laundry/showers just great! Smart TV’s throughout so bring your user ID’s and passwords. Furniture is consistent with a rental property, although tasteful. Kitchen needs a thorough cleaning (cabs.) and better accessorized kitchen items assuming you choose to eat-in occasionally. In comparison to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Seaside, this is a great spot at a fair price.

Beautiful rental beach property

Hi I’m had a fabulous time at my rental property. I came to Florida stress but I’m leaving stress free. The host to this rental property was very attractive and nice. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect beach getaway

Location location location! While the beach house is perfectly located directly on the beach with private path and private beach area, the house definitely lacks some updating! Unfortunately we were greeted by a pile of dog poop on the deck, which took till the next afternoon to be picked up. I thought the house was not allowing dogs? As the inside appeared to be clean, if you want to use any dishes, you had to clean them again before using, they were dirty, rusted or broken. Very disappointing as I was planning to prep some meals. Some of the appliances are very vintage, the toaster and iron is probably from the 70s and has seen better days. The mattresses definitely need to be replaced! You can feel the springs! The outdoor furniture on the top deck is completely ripped and broken. The beach chairs and toys in the shed are all rusted or broken! It’s like a grave yard of beach stuff in there! Kim has been amazing in responding, but wish they would update the interior with new kitchenware, outdoor furniture and mattresses. I love the location, but due to the cleanliness I don’t think I will return unfortunately. This could be such a gem!

Fantastic stay on Inlet Beach

This property is 5/5. The kitchen is well appointed and the unit has everything you need. Missing some curtains in the master bedroom - we had to use Macguiver some bed sheets into curtains while we were there. My father also graciously organized the entire storage closet under the unit. Fantastic location - can’t beat it. This was our 2nd stay here.
