Our cute, family-friendly townhouse is the perfect setup for a fun Panama City Beach vacation! Quick 5 minute walk to beach access without having to cross an intersection. Located on the beach-side of South Thomas Drive, you will find the location could not be any better. Inside the townhouse you will have everything you need for a relaxing retreat!

The spacious primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, ceiling fan, smart tv, dresser, closets and a spacious private patio perfectly designed for enjoying morning coffee or private conversations.
The secondary bedroom has 2 full size beds, ceiling fan, smart tv, dresser and closet space.

Main level full bathroom (sink, lavatory, shower, and linen cabinet)
Upstairs bathroom is designed Jack and Jill style ( each bedroom has a private sink and dressing area with contains bath towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries provided for guest use during your stay. In between the dressing area, you will find a shared room that contains a lavatory Tub/Shower combo and a Linen Cabinet, all for making those post beach trip cleanups a breeze!

Patio area great for relaxing and enjoying an adult beverage or a cold ice tea
Also available for guest use during your stay, inside the Patio Closet, you will find a Beach Cart, Beach Chairs, Body Boards, Kids Sand Toys, and extra Patio Chairs.

The private community pool is located at the end of the complex. Rest assured, you’ll be able to enjoy a swim without crowds of people, as pool use is for our community only.

2 Assigned parking spaces directly in front of unit. The "Host Fee" listed is the cleaning fee, we wished this was clearer to guest. We do not charge any unnecessary fees.
