"Seaside Retreat", Condo 430 is located at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 4th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $75 on-site registration fee for your parking pass & the amenity armbands for your group. Sleeps 6
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

The kitchen is open to the living area, with bar seating, new stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the small appliances and utensils you could need. The 9-foot ceilings and HUGE windows allow tons of light and lead out to your private balcony. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a smart tv for watching your favorite shows before bed, and plenty of storage. Your updated ensuite full bathroom has a vanity with great lighting, and a shower/ tub combination. The Bunkroom has a twin/full bunkbed, its own ensuite full bath, a smart Tv to keep everyone entertained, and a door separating it from the rest of the condo for privacy. Perfect for any age! There is also free Wifi and a full size Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Yes! Beach service is included! Your reservation comes with 2 chairs & an umbrella from the vendor on the beach. The condo has additional beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys inside the condo guests are welcome to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.
