Step into a cheerful, beachfront studio with plenty of ocean-themed details! This unique vacation rental is outfitted with everything you need to enjoy your trip to the beach, including provided beach gear (boogie boards and toys) and central air-conditioning to cool off after days in the Florida sunshine. Enjoy access to a shared pool, and outdoor shower during your stay.

With recent renovations, guests can enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home. There are brand-new mattresses and headboards with USB charging stations, as well as a new dresser with more drawers for storage. Enjoy cooking up tasty meals together in the well-equipped kitchen, or make yourself a quick cup of joe at the coffee station. The casual layout of the space still allows for lots of comfortable seating and a dining area with plenty of elbow room. High-speed WiFi and a storage closet add convenience during you stay. The ocean view is sure to inspire lots of walks down to the sand and surf.

Top of The Gulf is a beautiful complex right on the beach! It's a short walk to Pineapple Willys, Longboards, Hammerhead Freds, shopping, golfing, and many other activities. Top of The Gulf is a family-friendly condominium complex with a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, game room, grilling areas, al fresco dining, and a sundeck overlooking the most beautiful white-sand beaches on the Emerald Coast.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This was an amazing place to stay! As if we were in heaven!! It was perfect! The view, the atmosphere, the people were so friendly! This room even offers beach chairs, has games for your room and everything you need for a stay!!! I absolutely enjoyed our time and the ease of placement of all the info to make our stay extremely comfortable and easy!! Will definitely stay here again and recommend Vacasa & this specific room to all my TENNESSEE FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!!

The place is nice. The pictures of our "ocean view" were very misleading. We had one window that barely overlooked the ocean. We were told it was okay to bring a trailer, but when we got there they almost towed our truck in the middle of the night. The room was nice and it was in a good area.

708 was very nice. Just like the pictures! Everything was clean and pristine. Instructions were very clear for everything in the room. The property is great & registration was quick and easy. The pool and hot tub was crystal clear. Access and walk to the beach was short. Snack bar was open and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back to Top of the Gulf 708!

Beachfront Condo facing parking lots

I thought I was dealing with VRBO which I’ve had good experiences and not Vacasa whom I swore never to rent from again with my bad experience just this past winter. They rented us a “posted uninhabitable” ski chalet property completely abandoning us in the NC mountains. This time it was an overpriced parking lot view Condo on PCB. Let me know if it’s Vacasa or I lease with someone else!

Terrible room

Both kitchen and bathroom sinks were clogged and water didn't drain. Maintenance came but couldn't fix it. We contacted customer service but no one came to fix it after that. We had to spend the night without being able to use the sink and experienced the worst short gateway.
