This spacious 1 bedroom w/ bunks beach condo sleeps 6, has a fully stocked kitchen, is beautifully furnished and includes a washer/dryer in unit! Enjoy expansive views of the beach and the complexes pools from the balcony and let the sound of the waves melt all your stresses away! The 14,000 sq ft tropical lagoon pool features a Tiki Bar and grill, making this the PERFECT getaway - you never have to leave the resort!

*Parking + wrist bands are $100

-An additional $500 deposit will be collected upon check-in for booking guests under the age of 25 years. This is a resort policy, not our policy and not something we have any control over.

-Late arrival
Check-in begins at 4 pm. Late check-in's may obtain a temporary parking pass w/ the security guard. You must check-in with the concierge the following morning for your permanent parking pass and wrist bands in order to access resort amenities. The concierge arrives on site after 8 am.

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those items.

Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.

Spectacular views and very secure resort

Great views from the 20th floor! Condo is as advertised. Clean, updated, and has a well stocked kitchen. Resort staff is friendly and helpful. Host was very responsive to texts and had sheets delivered within 24 hours of request. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Overall good

Location is great however it’s very busy. The 2 negatives to this property are the elevators (long wait times) and the parking garage. This doesn’t come with a reserved parking space and trying to find one you can park in was hard. It’s also extremely tight spaces and narrow turns entering and exiting levels. It gave us anxiety trying to get in and out of there. But the condo itself was fine. Also right next to Pineapple Willy’s. And the pools aren’t heated starting in March which we didn’t realize.
